One thing on which Jim and I absolutely agree is the vibrancy and vitality of the City’s Northeast. Recent City Hall and City Council actions however, raise concerns about their commitment to it. Writing off any area of the city is totally unacceptable. Given his dedication to this City, its neighborhoods, and its institutions, I know Jim won’t let this happen to the Northeast. On September 18th, tell city government that every neighborhood does count by voting for Jim Bowers.
